Cresent Classics - Casual Living - June '08


In recognition of Cresent's 60th Anniversary in 2007, we are introducing three bedroom designs under the Cresent Classics banner that reflect our commitment to the four things that have made Cresent successful over the last 60 years:

(1)   Solid wood designs,

(2)   Top-quality traditional construction techniques paired with modern conveniences,

(3)   A commitment to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact, and

(4)   A commitment to honesty, ethical business practices and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the business.


Cresent Classics is offered initially in three lifestyle designs - Modern Traditional, Casual Living & Modern Shaker.  All feature premium, European undermounted whisper close drawer slides.

Casual Living reflects American & British country influences that combine in a look that is perfect for today's relaxed, lived-in lifestyle.   We begin with sustainably forested solid Appalachian maple and complete the look with a hand polished, antiqued chestnut finish.  Period distressing offers a rough-hewn, shabby chic look.

The collection also features many modern conveniences: the nightstand features a push through shelf  and a recessed power strip on the back panel enabling overnight charging of cell phones, ipods and tangle free power for lamps and clock radios; the media dresser is designed to host an LCD TV and features a drop front drawer for accessing media devices (dvd, dvr/tivo, cable/satellite box).
